Make SystemProfilerParser.extractVIDAndPID() static
...
There is no need to instantiate a SystemProfilerParser object
each time extractVIDAndPID is invoked.
Added also `synchronized` keword to avoid reentrance problems
if the method is being used in multiple threads.
