Subject: [PATCH] New: destroy() method for the new API

- Addition of a destroy method for the new API, effectively replacing
  fnDestroy from the old API.

- The functionality is identical to fnDestroy, but it has been
  refactored to make better use of jQuery and allow for better
  compression (should be 1/4 - 1/2 KiB saved)
