Allan Jardine 1b2a6ff5b1 Fixed: Table could expand on each draw, incorrectly, due to a rather convoluted mixture of the table width being 100% and the outer header not having a width set (so when the table was cloned into the header, it would expand to take up the width of the inner header element, which was the outer + the scrollbar width). ...
