First draft of license.txt - it was deemed that this is needed in the root of SVN. Please not that nothing has changed license wise, the project has always been licensed under the GPLv3 and artwork / hardware under the CC-BY-SA. Adding this to the root of SVN just makes it easier to spot than it being just on the Wiki.

Updated credits as well.
