OP-39 Added button for Radio Config Wizard.

Cleaned up the GUI, removed all group boxes and aligned components on pages.
Changed place of rapid and default esc buttons.
Set the size of the wizard to a fix size.
Updated some of the texts.
Changed font sizes.
Added resources.
Started the connection diagram implementation.
