OP-175/Ground: Hopefully fixed some Modelview crashes on Windows due to VBO enabled by default in GLC_Lib.

Added debug message displaying current VBO states (enabled, supported, used) - check with mouse right-click.
Please confirm that this does not break the plugin on other systems and that VBO can be enabled and really
is used by GLC_lib on supported systems. Also changed default 3ds model path.

Modelview: another ugly fix to complte the first one. There is a lingering issue of initing the GL context on the first valid
...
model that is loaded, this fix addresses it but it could be much more elegant, I'm sure.

Solved (please confirm) modelview crashing on non-existing files
...
Made configuration portable for: dials, bargraph dials, pfd, modelview and system heatlh
THis means: if your config points to resources in the share directory, then the config will be portable

OP-122 Ground: Fixed bug in GCS usb sending that prevented sending large objects. Also made the model view rotate the models so it's consistent with both the 3D modelers convention and the flight convention OP is adpoting.

Attempt at enabling antialiasing on the modelview widget. Since my GPU is really low end, I don't see a difference but YMMV - in which case please comment.

OP-76 GCS/ModelView - Add option to enable Vertex Buffer Objects (VBOs), now disabled by default. VBOs reduce CPU load, but was causing crashes on GPUs with faulty drivers. Recommended for most to re-enable VBOs.
