ssp_dfu guard variable was preventing any user triggered JumpToApp to be fully completed

45d1eb7493 LP-484 This change removes custom PIOS_OpenLRS_Rcvr_UpdateChannels() api in favor of PIOS_OpenLRS_RegisterPPMCallback() to be in line with other receiver modules.
