Fixes a problem in OSX that prevent to use two serial ports with the same displayed name (for example from USB multiple serial adapter)
...
Now serial ports are internally referred using their physName instead of friendName

gcs serial: fix broken baud rate selection
...
The difference between 56000 and 57600 baud is very
important.
When using a USB to serial adapter that is capable
of synthesizing arbitrary baud rates, these errors
resulted in a completely mismatched/unusable serial
link.

Fix for bluetooth modules hanging. Turns out certain HW don't implement the EV_TXEMPTY system event. Hack was to create a timer which triggers a fake event every 10secs. It checks the bytestosend value so it shouldn't have any effect on full compliant HW.

Kind of hacky, we should refractor connectionManager but that can wait for after V1.

build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory
...
This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
