45d1eb7493 LP-484 This change removes custom PIOS_OpenLRS_Rcvr_UpdateChannels() api in favor of PIOS_OpenLRS_RegisterPPMCallback() to be in line with other receiver modules. e308039206 LP-99 Decouple flight build 
Moved flight make code into flight/Makefile. This should speed up
rebuilds for GCS and keeps the top level Makefile tidier.

Generate a pseudo random list of channels from hmac_sha1 with the
coordid as key.

Enforce channel spacing based on the frequency deviation derived
from the configured data rate.

- OPLM used to receive and relay all messages
- OPLM will now reveice only specific messages and relay others as required (needs to be reviewed...)
- add RadioComBridgeStats uavobject to collect and report tx/rx statistics
- made error handling more robust
- added a few FIXMEs
