scott	a4ba7fcbee	Added option to start Flightgear 1.9.1 simulator as a stand alone application, optionally from a networked computer. Also enabled joystick input to control flightgear for complete manual control and debugging purposes. Joystick needs to be connected and armed in the GUI. Tested on WinXP.
