if the buttons grid overlaps vertically with wizard buttons,
move it left to use only the space left to wizard buttons;
Hide the OpenPilot Logo when workspace buttons don't
fir the screen;
Limit the size of community panel on small screen
To make it closer to proposed design.

* Fixed width of community panel
* Changed the vertical layout of icons and community panel
* Fixed color of community panel titles
* Use styled text for next containing &,
this fixes rendering but "..." are not displayed
