Cleaned up and made the pjrc modules purely C++ - they were a mix of C++ and static C functions and data :( ... although NOT altered the MAC code - someone who knows MAC code needs to do that.

build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory

This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
