fe6ea7e0e2 Fixed getUAVPosition to use position actual data correctly. 
Refactored coordinate conversion names in order to be clearer, since
two identically named functions-- one in revo, one here-- performed
very different maths.

302575714f Filter updates from the UAVOs if the waypoints haven't changed since they are 
set to periodic (and need to be right now until FC telemetry is fixed and sends
new instances).

0a842ac639 After deleting a waypoint (which really sets the last one to stop and shifts 
the rest) any added waypoints were invisible.  This puts the new one after the
first stop and removes the stop.

bb7e85cf2c GCS - Changes to the map lib. Preparatory steps 
to allow WPs to be defined relative to home.
GPS fed UAV map item is only visible when diagnostics are enabled.
Should make users not be confused by 2 UAVs on screen.

fca5a42949 OP111/OP112/CC38/GCS 
CC-38 - Map now has Dragons.
OP-111 - Added the capability to plot trail lines. Trail dots/lines can now be shown/not_shown by selecting the option on the maps context menu.
OP-112 - UAV icon on the map is know selectable on the maps options page.

Also fixed an issue with the UAV/Trails not being shown while replaying logs.

282661734e OP309/OP179/GCS - Fixes maps cache location not being selectable, now defaults to "C:\Users\name_of_user\AppData\Roaming\OpenPilot\mapscache" on windows, no idea where this goes on nix. 
Also tried to fix crashes seen on Mac, but I'll need a Mac or a stack trace to do a better job.

7195862d77 build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory 
This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
