b905607dc7 serial: use defines for serial number lengths 
Use #defined sizes for returned serial number lengths instead
of hard-coded values.

62fb009acd gpio: stop enabling pull-ups on all GPIOs in bootloader 
The bootloader has been enabling pull-ups on all GPIO
pins during early init.  These pull-ups are disabled
immediately before jumping to the firmware.  This transition
results in all servos seeing a wide pulse as the board
resets making them jerk sideways aggresively and then snap
back to neutral.

6bb4f0c61d leds: use boot-time config for PiOS LED layer 
LEDs are now configured based on a board-specific initialization
in PIOS_BOARD_Init().

LEDs are now named:
  PIOS_LED_HEARTBEAT
  PIOS_LED_ALARM

6e406c0232 build: remove all remaining use of -DUSE_BOOTLOADER 
The USE_BOOTLOADER compile flag was only being used
to determine where the ISR vector table was located.

Provide this explicitly from the linker since it knows
exactly where it is putting the ISR vector table.

917f03121d Fixes a problem with the reset function introduced on the new ST libs migration, it was preventing the user space reset used with the bootloader to function properly. 
I think someone still likes to honor his avatar :)

1086a6b567 Flight: Changes to STM library to work with our code. Basically all the 
configuration structures are const which keeps them in flash instead of ram.
However the library needs to declare them const for the compiler to work.

7b5d85cb3e PIOS_LED: Initialise all LED's as off. 
PIOS_SYS: Added system reset function.
OpenPilot Makefile: Default USE_BOOTLOADER should be NO.
OpenPilot Bootloader: Removed LED initialisation.

998ab12de4 Delays fixed. 
SD Card fixed and working, tested with 2Gb and 8Gb (SDHC) cards.
Changed startup_stm32f10x_HD.S to work with SysTick_Handler, needs to be changed back for FreeRTOS to work.

90f1fab5fe Fixed DELAY module. Now uses TIM2 and conforms to standard coding practices. 
Added temporary flashing function as an easy way to know things are working.

2a3f572147 Split the SDCard functions away in to their own file. Just for readability & clean code. Only init function for now but there will be logging functions added. 
init function will also try to access a file on the SDCard, this forces a real mount and will get real errors which we can handle.

f52a719c1d Updated all PIOS function names to new standard. 
New standard to be used is PIOS_Module_Function().
Likewise with OpenPilot, OP_Module_Function() is to be used.
