45d1eb7493 LP-484 This change removes custom PIOS_OpenLRS_Rcvr_UpdateChannels() api in favor of PIOS_OpenLRS_RegisterPPMCallback() to be in line with other receiver modules. eff5ab377e This commit fixes debug console rx_buffer assertion. Debug console is tx only, but PIOS_Board_configure_com() was not pepared to handle such case.
Additionally, debug console on flexi port was incorrectly using pios_usart_main_cfg.
