b0182a47e3 Fixed csv export error, and increased resolution of all variables to 10 significant digits. 
(10 sig. dig. are required for full resolution GPS latitude and longitude output.)

423e287494 Added zoom functionality to scopes. There is a minor bias error when zooming with the legends activated. 
This is due principally to the fact that retreiving the Qt coordinate in the frame
references to a slightly different system from Qwt invTranformation when the
legend is active.

5f7944bff1 Fixed display problem for in scope for math function type. Updated 
OpenPilotGCS.xml to include default of "None" for scope math type.

6003d2d574 Changed order of scope math functions to be more logical. 
Added "Average" as  scope math function.
Changed averaging window size text edit box to be active only when math functions are selected.
Fixed bug introduced immediately prior by removing child redefinition of saveConfig.

Tried installing scroll wheel event filter for scope config plugin, but is not currently working.

a19bbb7ea3 csvlog: Do not scale data written to CSV files 
The autoscaling values used by the scope gadget were
being applied to the raw data being written to the CSV
files.  This resulted in the CSV file containing data
that had a variable scale, thus making it useless.

2dfc907a8c OP-306 Scope plugin: destroy the widget explicitely when the gadget is removed. Should improve stability on the GCS. If so, I will generalize this on all current plugins.

9c313ebb7a OP-294 Add logging to scope plugin. 
First attempt to add logging to the scope gadget.
Logs a snapshot of data from the scope configuration at the same rate as the update timer set in the options page.
This has configurability via the options page for logging path.
File name is based on the configuration name and the date/time the logging starts.
This uses synchronous file writes in the update timer.

Tested to work on Win XP and Linux (Fedora 14)

ba606c7054 OP-249 : GCS / Pause scopes during log replay if pause button is pressed. Was more difficult than planned! You will have to clean your GCS build or at least delete the scope and logging shadow build dirs in order for this to work properly.

7195862d77 build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory 
This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
