These files do not contain content from the ID in the header.
This name seems to have been cut/pasted all over throughout
the openpilot source tree and should be removed from any files
that should not rightfully be attributed to this person.
The com layer transmit functions should provide guarantees
that they will not modify the buffer that you're transmitting.
Declaring the parameter as a pointer to const keeps the underlying
implementations honest.

New standard to be used is PIOS_Module_Function().
Likewise with OpenPilot, OP_Module_Function() is to be used.
