Laurent Ribon b36be73ffb Add the possibility to set VBO usage when running.(No restart required)
Change Zoomm sensibility (made it more sensitive)
Remobe unecessary state variable :
 - load Error
 - init failed (An OpenGL init failed cause a Crash)
