cranphin 6e9b745f18 GPS Viewer: Delete port/parser when configuration gets reloaded, and

make connect/disconnect work properly for serial.
This did include some refactoring, sorry if that interfers with someone
else's work! Should be too hard to merge tho (and I couldn't find   
Edouard online, and I'll be gone the rest of the weekend :) ).

OP hardware files, committed early than we wished to due to some game playing. The plan was to release these after we at least knew they flew something and things were working, use at own risk! Seriously, you are on your own with these.
