208ba793ed [bug] unable to run the upgrade script with docker-compose >= v1.19 
Previously, even with a recent versio of Fab-manager, the upgrade script failed with the following error:
the input device is not a TTY
the input device is not a TTY

You must upgrade Fab-manager to v2.8.3 first.
