* Removed the double :: at the end of the paragraph.
* Fixed usage of overwrite when we mean override.

Remove dropdown anchor focus override
...
Overriding the focus outline for links within the dropdown menu
causes accessibility issues for keyboard-only users. This
removes the override, reenabling the browser's default focus
outline.
