This commit includes all the needed workarounds and most changes from the main branch for everything to work, like: * removing empty lines in raw HTML that break output * read .browserslistrc, CSS variables from disk instead of duplicating it * using Hugo mounts * using Hugo for the docs CSS/JS * move ToC Sass code to a separate file while adapting it for Hugo Thus, this patch makes our npm scripts faster since lint runs on one step and there's no separate docs assets processing.

This is the most basic form of Bootstrap: precompiled files for quick drop-in usage in nearly any web project. We provide compiled CSS and JS (bootstrap.*), as well as compiled and minified CSS and JS (bootstrap.min.*). source maps (bootstrap.*.map) are available for use with certain browsers' developer tools. Bundled JS files (bootstrap.bundle.js and minified bootstrap.bundle.min.js) include Popper, but not jQuery.

The Bootstrap source code download includes the precompiled CSS and JavaScript assets, along with source Sass, JavaScript, and documentation. More specifically, it includes the following and more:

The scss/ and js/ are the source code for our CSS and JavaScript. The dist/ folder includes everything listed in the precompiled download section above.
