GCS: Make the icons in config gadget all .png files. The release mac build was

having issues with the SVG and 5/7 were png anyway.

gcs: fix id of quad-x image in SVG
...
The quad-x image was missing in the GCS config gadget.
GCS expects the quad-x image to have id=quad-X (upper
case X).

build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory

This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
