42022df009 OP-69 allow to set language (translation) in use for first launch through 
factory defaults
OP-723 do not hard code locale to en_US in order to allow locale specific
display and entry of numbers and dates
+ revisited the GCS startup sequence

030cab376e OP-879 move loading of factory default settings earlier 
(i.e. before any access to settings).
In other words, factory default are now loaded from
main.cpp instead of from mainwindow.cpp
+ minor formatting cleanups

7ff257ee77 OP-786 Removed code that set the Qt graphics system to type 'raster'. The 'raster' graphics system does not work correctly on MacOSX. The graphics system is now set to the default for each platform. 2013-01-27 21:33:17 +01:00

e7a7a30e19 GCS-Created new command line option to allow choosing the config file 
to use. This is a last resort option to mac problems displaying the
initial dialog.

c7b8fe9efd Moved terrain rendering to background thread 
osgEarth may block the main thread during network io,
the rendering is moved to OsgEarthItemRenderer
class, running in the bg thread.

May require Qt 4.8.0+ to work correctly.

205e71e06e GCS- Allow stylesheets to be loaded from files acording to OS. 
Use "linux.qss", "macos.qss" and "windows.qss" filenames and
place them on the app directory.

3c92e1cbcf Set the grahpicssystem to "raster" in the code after the reported performance 
benefits.  This can be overriden on the commandline with -graphicssystem

7195862d77 build: Move openpilotgcs into its own subdirectory 
This will allow us to build a parent project for
qt-creator that sits above both openpilotgcs and
uavobjgenerator so that we can build both projects
at the same time.
