telemetry.cpp RFM22B/RM: Added rfm22b com device, moved remaining functionality in the radio module to the rfm22 driver, and simplified configuration of the PipX/OPLink. The radio device now presents itself completely as a com device, both in RadioComBridge (OPLink devices) and Telemetry (RM).
