artwork	OP-82: PFD widget now also indicates heading. The PFD-2.svg master is updated accordingly. Note that the location of the indicator can be configured simply by moving the location of the compass on the PFD master SVG. Going from 360 degree to 0 degree still does not look nice, but I'll fix this later.
