ef15064b26 OP-1538 Added description to fields in the UAVObject description files. 
Descriptions can be added to fields either as attributes or child nodes.
Descriptions are not mandatory at this stage.
The description shows up when hovering over objects and fields in the UAVObject browser.

Added example descriptions to a few fields in the UAVO descriptor files.

065ba1a0c8 Adds a 3D mode to path_vector. This allows vertical path segments without 
position changes. PathStatus now also contains correction_direction and
path_direction to make path following behaviour more transparent.

9e80c4da9c OP-1317 Low-pass filter parameters added to airpeedSettings: IMUBasedEstimationLowPassPeriod1 pre-filter period in seconds, IMUBasedEstimationLowPassPeriod2 filter period in seconds.
