ed24d93ab1 gcs gamepad: teach GCS that an accel is not a gamepad 
The gcscontrolgadget expects all gamepad devices to have
at least 4 axes of control.  The SDL layer (on Linux anyway)
will detect the accelerometer that's built into some laptops
as a gamepad with 3 axes.

This change prevents the accel from being selected and
subsequently flooding the console with errors from
gcscontrolgadget every 10ms.

9ec05d8928 Added dialog to request altitude when settings HomeLocation via the map.

18a9ad3aa8 PFD: split the compass band to parts to fit the texture limit 
On older graphics cards the texture size limit
may be smaller than the compass band width,
QML downscales the element to fit the texture.

To avoid this, split compass band to tiles.

Added parameter like hslice=2:8 to svg image provider
and SvgElementImage.

fe6ea7e0e2 Fixed getUAVPosition to use position actual data correctly. 
Refactored coordinate conversion names in order to be clearer, since
two identically named functions-- one in revo, one here-- performed
very different maths.

86f210e7f4 OP-39 Added code to jump from the SetupWizard directly to the InputWizard in the ConfigurationPlugin to complete the vehicle setup and realize the 1-2-Fly idea. 
Re-factored some code in the ConfigurationPlugin.
Fixed a bug in the Levelling page when performing levelling multiple times.
