build: add unbrick targets
...
Added new unbrick_<board> targets for each board.
These targets use the stm32flash utility to install
a bootloader on to the board. This is a tool of
last resort and should not be used for normal firmware
upgrades.
Usage:
make unbrick_<board> UNBRICK_TTY=/dev/ttyUSB0
Where:
<board> is one of coptercontrol, pipxtreme,
openpilot, ins, ahrs
UNBRICK_TTY is set to the serial device connected
to the board.

OP-522: When you unchecked Run Calibration it forces the Throttle neutral to 5%

of the range and the FlightMode to 50%.
Sorry there's also some indentation changes mixed into this patch.

OP-369 : in case there is an objectID mismatch, still try to update the object if we found the name, but place it in "warning" mode. If during update some fields do not exist, then place in "Error" mode and prevent automated saving (will still try to update as many fields as possible)

outputs. Warning: This has no failsafes like arming. We should discuss if
this is appropriate.
In addition accessory objects can be routed throught the mixer for collective
or flaperon.
