45d1eb7493 LP-484 This change removes custom PIOS_OpenLRS_Rcvr_UpdateChannels() api in favor of PIOS_OpenLRS_RegisterPPMCallback() to be in line with other receiver modules. 0e078cdd5e LP-448 - stop autodetecting the number of cells once the board is armed and after a minute from power on. 
This prevent the number of autodetected cells to change if the battery is discharged and the board is disarmed/rearmed.
The timer prevent the autodetected cells to change if the the battery discharges on the ground.
