c0b9d9015d Hack: The OSX sim includes modules slightly differently than the
main code so needs an implementation of FirmwareIAPStart() until
this is fixed.

715fb65df7 OSX Simulation: Start populating the board and fw information
This will allow testing the tablet to know what type of UAVOs to
expect.

df6d7eb11d AndroidGCS: Make the tablet load the appropriate UAVO file based on the description
from the assets.

Rename the uavobjects.jar to match the uavo hash.

45676f9355 androidgcs: add ignores for command-line android builds
Unfortunately, the android command-line tools insist on
putting a few files under the source tree.  Ideally, these
files would go into ./build/androidgcs somewhere.

Tell git to ignore them until someone figures out how to
force them into the right place.
