82c533e914 OP-169 - HITL - hitl core is set up to update PositionActual, VelocityActual and HomeLocation - il2simulator.cpp is updated to set those correctly 
(status: compilation OK, function yet untested)
xplane and flightgear yet need to be fixed
Note: I needed to change /libs/utils/coordinateconversions.h to have access to previously protected utility functions used to convert LLA to ECEF/RNE for HomeLocation
Code for this is "inspired by" flight/OpenPilot/Modules/GPS

Arrays can now have one default for all elements:
elements="4" defaultvalue="1"
or a default for each element:
elements="4" defaultvalue="1,2,3,4"

25314ab92a Ground/UAVControl: Removed some debuggings and a qFatal in SDLGamepad for no

aec96a3867 OP37/GCS MapLib - Upgraded to new google versions. 
Zoom now as no limit.
Other changes:
OPMapWidget:
SetZoom(double) accepts any value. Ex:19.4
double ZoomReal() returns the true zoom.
double ZoomDigi() returns the current digital zoom.
double ZoomTotal() returns digital+true zoom.
SIGNAL:
void zoomChanged(double ZoomTotal,double ZoomReal,double ZoomDigi);

9a31fea559 OP-153 Implemented a default storage path: "OpenPilot" in the user's home directory. OPMap will use this as its default path for its mapscache.

1cbd44f564 OP-151 Use PathChooser in all plugins, and update pathutils to behave consistently across platforms by always using "/" as its internal format. Should solve the issues we have been having with windows paths not being removed properly.

beed9c8936 Solved (please confirm) modelview crashing on non-existing files 
Made configuration portable for: dials, bargraph dials, pfd, modelview and system heatlh
THis means: if your config points to resources in the share directory, then the config will be portable

a377bea862 Ground/CoordinateConversions: Found out from Dschin that rotation matrix inverse is rotation matrix transpose. Now should convert correctly from NED to ECEF. I will check tomorrow by frolicking around with a plane.

f906346795 Ground/OPMap + Position Information: Initial version of conversion from NED to LLA and integration into OPMap. I don't particular love how this is done. The main issue is the Utils didn't like having any UAVObject stuff linked to them (in my hands). That means in OPMap gadget I had to write the code that will pull the HomeLocation and PositionActual together, but this code will likely need to be reused. I will update the Altitude getting code later too, I need to look how the whole internals::position is working on OPMap.

70f13ba896 OP-128 Flight Documentation: Added description to all the UAVObject (now mandatory) and changed the parser to populate this information into the autogenerated files. Also added a function to test if an object is read only for flight. 
Since there are a lot of autogenerated changes the important ones are:

  flight/OpenPilot/UAVObjects/inc/uavobjecttemplate.h - added description and define to make the ObjectReadOnly query
  flight/OpenPilot/UAVObjects/uavobjecttemplate.c

  flight/OpenPilot/UAVObjects/uavobjectmanager.c - added the UAVObjReadOnly query

  ground/src/libs/uavobjgenerator/uavobjectparser.cpp - added parsing of description field

82f7f42112 Ground: Fix bug in serial port opening for OSX. I could have put another compile switch in serialplugin.cpp but making this function return in the same format as linux made more sense. Just make sure this doesn't get clobbered from upstream in future.

14a93b4e61 GCS: Quiet down some compiler warnings. 
There are now 0 build issues in Linux when I use "QMAKE_CXXFLAGS+=-Wno-ignored-qualifiers -Wno-unused-parameter -Wno-unused-variable" (including the "") as additional arguments to qmake in Qt Creator.
