e6d4638201 LP-104 Adds support for Graupner HoTT SUMD/SUMH serial protocol used by receivers on Main and Flexi port. 
Still work in progress. Only supports CopterControl target and crashes on input :(

b0b1a42aec OP-1837 This change adds support for the Multiplex SRXL v1 and v2 protocols. 
Protocol version is autodetected and 12 or 16 channels are supported.
SRXL is available on Flexiport of Revolution board.

1898d0ad35 OP-1217 create new receiver module 
This module includes all the receiver IO and parsing/failsafe
functionality of ManualControl, but does none of the interpretations in
regards to flight mode / actuator control or arming that was included in
the old ManualControl

In a second step the old ManualControl module needs to be adapted to do
only these ommitted things in a modular way - as a delayed callback

9fce86b662 Temporary disable AltitudeHold and AltitudeVario flight modes 
They were not officially supported. But since people expected the
well-known production quality behavior, it is better to make them
final, then reenable.

f260b2f568 OP-897: remove non-user-selectable modes from GCS dropdown lists 
Now all unsupported options are disabled. They will be reenabled when
ready for end users. Still developers can set them using UAVObjBrowser.

As a side effect, a bit changed UAVO XML definitions. The "limits"
option now uses comma to separate rules, semicolon to separate elements.
Was vice versa.

ee333f1569 [OP-724] Add manual control input filtering (useful for camera gimbal) 
This is a partial rework of Cossacs' camera gimbal software.

This patch adds LPF to some of manual control inputs. Mostly
useful are accessory channels (for camera gimbal control) and
yaw channel (for smooth filming). The code may be used for
stand-alone CC[3D]-based gimbal software, but also should work
for complete FC+camera system.
