Also fixes warnings (and bugs) in F4 STM32_USB_OTG_Driver code, allowing -Werror to be enabled for all flight code. Fixes all other compiler warnings that would otherwise cause the flight code to not compile with -Werror enabled. Oleg Semyonov	5e942bbd6d	gcs: fix weird Windows build error if python is called w/o quotes ... This fixes two problems: - if OPENPILOT_TOOLS_DIR is set using backslashes, they should be converted to forward ones. Otherwise on Windows it can't run the program. - for some weird reason the python called without quotes (regardless of full path used or not) tries to open whole command line as a file instead of the 1st parameter only. Until it is fixed (so only important messages are printed) the debug windows is removed from default GCS configurations. It still is available as a widget and can be added to a GCS workspace. This patch adds LPF to airframe attitude used for camera stabilisation and feed forward for camera actuators. Either of options can be disabled on the compilation level to save flash and RAM if not required. Stacey Sheldon	ed24d93ab1	gcs gamepad: teach GCS that an accel is not a gamepad ... The gcscontrolgadget expects all gamepad devices to have at least 4 axes of control. The SDL layer (on Linux anyway) will detect the accelerometer that's built into some laptops as a gamepad with 3 axes. This change prevents the accel from being selected and subsequently flooding the console with errors from gcscontrolgadget every 10ms.	2012-09-29 21:47:26 -04:00
